Wellness as a Business Imperative: Avoiding Burnout & Integrating Wellness as Future Leaders
We will feature wellness as a business imperative, highlighting how costly burnout can be for professionals and how worthy an investment wellbeing can be on both company and personal levels. 

A healthy meal and wellness resources will be provided!

We will be joined by the following business professional panelists:

Tom Freeman - Engagement Lead at HeadSpace

Tom has dedicated his career to making companies happy places to work. He is the Engagement Lead at Headspace, a global leader in meditation and mindfulness. After completing his Master’s degree in Business Psychology, Tom joined Headspace in 2012 when the company had only a handful of employees in a small London office. His roles at Headspace have included HR, learning & development, organisational culture management, science research and more recently founding the ‘Headspace for work’ engagement team. His role as Engagement Lead involves working with Headspace’s ‘Headspace for Work’ clients globally to support them in building a culture of using Headspace in their workplaces. He has spoken at events and conferences on the topics of mindfulness, wellbeing at work and workplace culture.

On a mission to make everyday well-being real for all, Cecilia has over a decade of experience advising organizations of all sizes navigate change and complex transactions. Complementing her background in finance and accounting, Cecilia is also a certified yoga instructor and integrative nutrition health coach, and led the charge in designing and implementing the firmwide culture transformation effort at PwC US focused on prioritizing energy management and well-being.Data-informed strategy, empowerment and bringing people together to do good for many, are what she specializes in and loves to talk about all day!

By operating with greater mindfulness, program participants become more productive, creative, resilient, and balanced.
