Who We Are

 

The GREA is one of the most respected, well-connected, and active student real estate organizations in Southern California. GREA is a student-led organization that creates learning and networking opportunities for students in many USC graduate programs, including business, law, planning, development, construction, architecture and accounting.

 

Our goals include

 

  • Providing educational real estate resources to prepare students for dynamic careers, including institutional investment management, private equity, development, investment, planning, homebuilding and sustainable development
  • Create networking opportunities to strengthen relationships with current graduate students, recent alumni, prominent industry executives, faculty and thought-leaders throughout the real estate industry
  • Provide hands-on learning experiences through organized development site visits and company visits
