About Us


 

The Graduate Real Estate Association (GREA) is one of the most respected, well-connected, and active student real estate organizations in Southern California. GREA is a student-led organization that creates learning and networking opportunities for students in many USC graduate programs, including business, law, planning, development, construction, architecture and accounting.

Membership in the Graudate Real Estate Association will prove to be extremely valuable to anyone that plans to pursue a real estate career.

 

Association Goals


  • Providing educational real estate resources to prepare students for dynamic careers, including institutional investment management, private equity, development, investment, planning, homebuilding and sustainable development

  • Create networking opportunities to strengthen relationships with current graduate students, recent alumni, prominent industry executives, faculty and thought-leaders throughout the real estate industry

  • Provide hands-on learning experiences through organized development site visits and company visits
