C4C Special Olympics Plane Pull
Registration
Details
Seriously, who hasn't sat on the tarmac waiting for your plane to take off and looked at one of those giant planes and wondered "How much do you think those weigh?" Now is your chance to find out! And benefit a great organization like Special Olympics in the process!
How does it work? It's very simple. We have a total of 4 USC Marshall teams (each of the 3 cores of first years and 1 team of second years) that will compete to see who can raise the most amount of funds benefitting Special Olympics leading up to the event on Saturday, August 22nd. The event is exactly what you think it is...pulling a giant 757 down a runway! You do it as a team to pull it a certain distance and we will compete to see which team can do it the fastest. Finally, we will be helping run the event through performing tasks such as collecting gloves from teams and ensuring everybody is appropriately hydrated.
It has been a Marshall tradition to participate in and help run the SO Plane Pull for a number of years now and the classes of 2016 and 2017 will continue the trend. Sign up for a team using the links below:

Class of 2016 - http://sosc.kintera.org/planepull/uscmarshallclassof2016
Join the appropriate team and begin raising funds to benefit Special Olympics!
Each Core has a fundraising goal of $5,000. Let's make sure each team hits the mark! Last year, Core A blew away the competition by raising $7,314 across 34 people. We can beat that number this year! Start fundraising now and you'll be surprised what you can accomplish.
