The Fireside Chat is an event to help remind us all that we have it in our power to bring our ideas to life. Join us for an evening of networking, an open bar, and panel style discussion with successful young founders and entrepreneurs from the LA startup eco-system as they share their stories, learnings, and advice.

Prior to starting Buck Mason, Sasha co-founded Man Made Content, an immersive content studio based in Los Angeles that created and sold the interactive web platform, This Built America to AOL.

Dan Dato is an experienced entrepreneur and veteran senior executive of several venture-backed digital businesses. His passion has always been working with startups. ItÔÇÖs something that started as a CPA for Arthur Andersen where he served as an advisor to the earliest internet companies, including Auto-by-Tel and YahooÔÇÖs first ad sales agency, and where he was involved in several M&A and IPO deals. His expertise in digital business has taken him around the globe, living in China & Europe, and includes leading The Motley FoolÔÇÖs European operations (internet content, community & advertising) and founding a digital marketing strategy firm. Since returning to the US in 2004, Dan has developed products and built sales & marketing teams with TouchCommerce (SaaS e-commerce chat/IM) and Evryx Technologies (mobile search & marketing), while also serving as an advisor & mentor to several early-stage companies in the areas of product development, strategy & fund raising in a variety of industries such as publishing, education, internet infrastructure and mobile. Dan has helped his companies raise more than $50 million in venture and corporate financing.
Jasmine Nachtigall

Prior to co-founding GovInvest, Jasmine became excited about transforming raw data into actionable information while serving as the Development Director at California Common Sense, a non-profit dedicated to opening government to the public, developing data-driven policy analysis, and educating citizens about how their governments work. Jasmine has a background in business development and economics, and has previously worked at NYU, Code the Change, PwC Consulting, and the Shanghai World Expo. Since 2005, Jasmine has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for disaster relief and other charitable efforts. Jasmine was a finalist at Miss California in 2010 and served as an Olympic Torchbearer during the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Jasmine earned a BA in Economics from Stanford University.
Kate Edwards

Originally from the east coast, Kate attended Brown University, and later received her MBA from UCLA Anderson. She worked with large companies like Procter & Gamble and Facebook before quitting her corporate career to focus on her passion - helping people find love as a matchmaker and dating expert at innovative matchmaking startup Three Day Rule. She has been featured on numerous podcasts, panels, and tv shows as a "dating data" expert, and has met with over 800 Los Angeles singles in the past year alone. In 2015, Kate co-founded the Textpert app, which provides on-demand, crowdsourced advice for what to text back. She is thrilled to be able to follow her heart and help people find love every day.

Bryce Clemmer is the CEO and co-founder of Vadio, Inc., the first distribution platform that allows streaming services to directly incorporate music videos into their streams in real-time and offer engaging, curated visual content for users. He graduated with a degree in Economics from Willamette University, where he also co-founded the Willamette University Investment Group. His professional experience ranges from Apple, Inc. where he was part of the launch of the first generation iPhone to the MIT / Stanford Venture Lab. Bryce serves on the advisory board at the Oregon State University School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and he also enjoys occasionally guest lecturing at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.

Iconery is a managed marketplace that allows fine jewelry designers to go into business instantly with $0 capital and 0% inventory risk. Latest technologies such as 3D printing and laser-cutting allow Iconery to take on manufacturing for designers and produce just-in-time. The end result is a curated marketplace where designers can focus on designing, sell a wider variety of styles, and bring their existing customers or find new ones. Ivka Adam is Founder / CEO with a career of fashion product leadership honed at eBay and Modnique. Andrea Linett is the Creative Director (founder of LuckyMagazine and former Creative Director for Michael Kors), and all manufacturing takes place in North America. Iconery joined Amplify in Venice in June. Iconery.com launched September 15th with press from InStyle and WomenÔÇÖs Wear Daily (see attached), with 16 designers and 350 products, 80 of which are exclusive. The team has built a library of CAD files, got press, are fulfilling orders, got designers to do marketing on their behalf, and even sold a $1,230 gold ring online from a rendering!
