Terry Dry is a seasoned future-facing marketer, entrepreneur, strategic advisor, CEO, and coach with over 25 years of experience founding, growing, and reinventing companies.

He is the founder of Future Proof Advisors, a company that specializes in advising mid-market businesses and their executive teams on how to transcend growth-inhibiting barriers and achieve better outcomes.
Terry is known as a "pragmatic visionary" who blends innovative thinking with practical solutions. With his firsthand experience, he is uniquely positioned to help entrepreneurs succeed in building, transforming, scaling, and selling their companies. Terry not only advises existing companies but also creates his own. He co-founded Smarter, a personalized technology support company for older adults, to bridge the digital divide and prevent older generations from getting left behind.

Terry is also the co-founder of RSVD, a SaaS business that provides digital capacity management solutions for retail, food, and hospitality industries. After two years, RSVD successfully merged with Whyline, a leading provider of virtual queuing and appointment tech. Then, just one year later, Whyline was acquired by security identity company, CLEAR (NYSE: YOU), resulting in a profitable exit. Terry moved on to his next venture and co-founded Fanscape, one of the first-ever social media marketing agencies, which grew from an initial $10K investment to an eight-figure acquisition by Omnicom. After the sale, he joined the Marketing Arm (a division of Omnicom) as CEO of Digital, leading a 150+ person team responsible for social, mobile, and digital consumer engagement for the agency's extensive Fortune 500 client roster (AT&T, Mars, Samsung, Gamestop, Novartis, Philips).

Terry's career began in the music industry, culminating with his role as VP of Artist Development at Interscope / A&M Records (Universal Music Group). The experience he gained during this stage of his career paved the way for the launch of his own music management company AMP, where he worked to accelerate the growth of emerging artists including Taking Back Sunday.
