Ryan is the co-Founder of Arro alongside Luke Pelullo- a FinTech venture that is focused on fair credit and financial literacy. After interviewing people all over the country, Ryan found that everyone had the same themes just in their own way: fear of overspending, fear of the debt trap, distrust of financial institutions, and even deeper was this consistent lack of financial literacy.

Arro is democratizing credit for the 150 million people shut out of mainstream credit in providing fair low interest access through financial literacy.

Arro focuses on fair access and have created a model where they can essentially approve anyone for their credit card regardless of background (people that no one else will give a fair opportunity) and start building credit at more fair rates. This is paired with a proprietary financial literacy program that uses behavioral science to help build the knowledge and skills that set people up to be successful. Through an app experience, Arro gamifies growth through credit line increases, interest rate decreases, and other rewards as people learn, save, budget and set goals.

Arro has raised $10M in seed funding in October 2022 through Crosslink Capital, Bling Capital and BAM Ventures.
