Lunch & Learn "VC Term Sheets 101"

To be a successful entrepreneur or venture capitalist it is integral to understand term sheets. The EVMA is welcoming attorney Bart Greenberg to speak with our members about the basics terms inherent to every VC-backed business. In preparation for the VCIC internal competition, this session will prepare EVMA members for the competition by providing a step-by-step walk through to the most common terms on today's term sheets. We strongly encourage anyone interested in competing this year's VCIC competition to attend this session. This will also help anyone interested in learning the jargon and terms needed to start a VC-baked business or work at a Venture Capital firms. An added bonus: Lunch will be provided!
