Greenland USA is developing the Metropolis Los Angeles, a mixed-used development situated in downtown Los Angeles. The development will include 1,558 condominium dwelling units, a 350-key hotel and 74,000 square feet of restaurant and retail uses. A streetscape plan along Francisco Street would serve to support the "Avenue of the Angels" concept which involves providing a pedestrian linkage between the L.A. Live and the Financial District.
