The women of Marshall are hosting a female faculty, staff and student dinner and drinks to celebrate International Women's Day!

Please RSVP here: https://uscmarshall.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_00SQ5syqclZciqx

Speakers include: Dean Ellis - Dean of USC Marshall; Michele McNickle Driver - Head of Amazon's Leadership Institute

Michele and her team are working to revolutionize leadership at Amazon. By collaborating with leaders and leveraging technology to scale, they are delivering cutting-edge programs that grow global leaders ready to rise to current and future challenges.

Michele fervently believes people are an organization's greatest strength, and the best results are delivered through strong relationships. Speed also matters at Amazon, and to develop leaders who can scale at the rate of change, she engages leaders to embrace diversity, foster innovation, and drive accountability. She says, "When we think big, include many, and focus on our customers, we optimize our actions and deliver beyond expectations."

Michele considers humor a thriving strategy and is currently working on a book, "Let's Talk Leadership, Turkey," a comical look at leaders and the inadvertent lessons they teach through the unintended consequences of their actions. Michele will talk about leadership.
