Students from the USC Marshall School of Business and the USC Gould School of Law are invited to participate in the 2018 Pircher, Nichols & Meeks Mock Negotiations Challenge on February 23, 2018 with a $3000 total prize.
WHO: Students from the law and business schools will be teamed up into pairs and negotiating a simulated real estate deal prepared by Pircher, Nichols & Meeks.
WHAT: Prior to February 23, we will announce team assignments and provide teams with a simulated real estate deal fact pattern. The teams of 2 students will then work through both legal and business issues that may arise in such transactions.

On February 23, the teams will negotiate particular issues against opponents. Coaching will be provided beforehand, and an all-star team of judges will evaluate each team's performance. The event will finish off with a reception, where winners will be announced! During the day, the judges will share their knowledge of the field as they walk students through the more subtle points of the deal.
