President Melissa is a 2026 MBA candidate in the Marshall FT-MBA program. Before MBA, she gained valuable experience as a product manager, working on diverse MarTech and AdTech products as the liaison between her clients. At Marshall, she is the President of the Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club (MCSC) and an MBA Ambassador. VP of Case Preparation Noah is a 2026 MBA candidate in the Marshall Full-Time MBA Program. Prior to business school, he led the go-to-market motion for a Web3 startup and started his career in enterprise software sales. He’s now transitioning into strategy and management consulting, channeling his startup experience into solving high-impact business problems. At Marshall, Noah serves as Vice President of Case Preparation for the Marshall Consulting and Strategy Club. This summer, he’ll be joining McKinsey & Company as a Summer Associate in their Southern California office. Outside the classroom, he enjoys spending time with friends and family—whether that’s playing pickleball, golfing, doing crossfit, or gathering for a good family dinner. |

Barkha Vijay Bhagia MBA Student 2026 |
VP of Case Preparation Barkha is a 2026 MBA candidate in the FT MBA program at Marshall. Before MBA, she spent over a decade in the semiconductor industry, working at Intel, Samsung, and startups, designing chips for data centers and gaming products. She also co-founded a non-profit during her undergraduate years to support education for underprivileged children. At Marshall, she serves as VP of Career Development for Marshall Graduate Student Association (MGSA), VP of Case Preparation for Marshall Consulting and Strategy Club (MCSC), a Fund Manager in Student Investment Fund (SIF), a Marshall Leadership Fellow, and an MBA Ambassador. This summer, she will intern at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Dallas. In her free time, Barkha enjoys binge-watching TV shows, hiking, biking, and teaching Indian folk dance. |

VP of Case Preparation Myles is a 2026 MBA candidate in the FT MBA program. Before Marshall, he was an entrepreneur across fintech, automotive, and consulting industries for five years before transitioning to financial risk within the banking sector. At Marshall, Myles serves as VP of Case Preparation for the Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club (MCSC) and VP of Career Development for Black Graduate Business Leaders (BGBL). This summer, he will be interning at BCG in sunny San Diego. In his free time, you'll find Myles chasing around his mini me, Titus, often while juggling a new recipe in the kitchen or crafting something creative behind the bar. |

Before business school, she worked in recruiting, account management, and sales across various industries, spending the last four years in the life sciences sector. This summer, she will be interning at Deloitte in the Los Angeles office. He previously worked at Amazon, ZS Associates, and Eli Lilly, building expertise in consulting, strategy, and analytics across healthcare and tech. At Marshall, he serves as President of the South Asian Business Association, VP of the Consulting Club, and a USC India Conference organizer. VP of Events Mackenzie is a 2026 FT-MBA candidate. She began her career in entertainment, working on the Emmy Award-winning Netflix series The Umbrella Academy. She later helped launch Irish Cowboy Productions under the Netflix banner alongside the showrunner of The Umbrella Academy, and led post-production at Roku Originals, delivering a robust slate of scripted, documentary, and unscripted projects. She serves as a VP in Graduate Women in Business (GWiB), Entrepreneur & Venture Management Association (EVMA), Business of Entertainment Association (BEA), and MCSC. This summer, Mackenzie will be participating in PledgeLA’s Venture Capital Fellowship and interning at a Los Angeles-based VC firm. VP of Partnerships Hannah is a 2026 candidate in the FT-MBA program. Before MBA, she worked as both a Registered Nurse and a Healthcare Management Recruiter. Through these roles, she held many leadership positions and gained insights into strengthening process improvement, developing client relationships, and handling emergencies (including during the COVID-19 pandemic!).
