At Marshall, she is the President of the Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club (MCSC) and an MBA Ambassador. This summer, she will intern as a summer consultant at EY-Parthenon in the Los Angeles office.

She is a passionate advocate for professional development, a ballet dancer of over 20 years, and an enthusiastic foodie always on the lookout for the best new restaurant to try!

Noah is a 2026 MBA candidate in the Marshall Full-Time MBA Program. Prior to business school, he led the go-to-market motion for a Web3 startup and started his career in enterprise software sales. He’s now transitioning into strategy and management consulting, channeling his startup experience into solving high-impact business problems.

At Marshall, Noah serves as Vice President of Case Preparation for the Marshall Consulting and Strategy Club. This summer, he’ll be joining McKinsey & Company as a Summer Associate in their Southern California office.

Outside the classroom, he enjoys spending time with friends and family—whether that’s playing pickleball, golfing, doing crossfit, or gathering for a good family dinner.

 		Barkha Vijay Bhagia MBA Student 2026 VP of Case Preparation
Barkha is a 2026 MBA candidate in the FT MBA program at Marshall. Before MBA, she spent over a decade in the semiconductor industry, working at Intel, Samsung, and startups, designing chips for data centers and gaming products. She also co-founded a non-profit during her undergraduate years to support education for underprivileged children.

At Marshall, she serves as VP of Career Development for Marshall Graduate Student Association (MGSA), VP of Case Preparation for Marshall Consulting and Strategy Club (MCSC), a Fund Manager in Student Investment Fund (SIF), a Marshall Leadership Fellow, and an MBA Ambassador. This summer, she will intern at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Dallas.

In her free time, Barkha enjoys binge-watching TV shows, hiking, biking, and teaching Indian folk dance.

Myles is a 2026 MBA candidate in the FT MBA program. Before Marshall, he was an entrepreneur across fintech, automotive, and consulting industries for five years before transitioning to financial risk within the banking sector.

At Marshall, Myles serves as VP of Case Preparation for the Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club (MCSC) and VP of Career Development for Black Graduate Business Leaders (BGBL). This summer, he will be interning at BCG in sunny San Diego.

In his free time, you'll find Myles chasing around his mini me, Titus, often while juggling a new recipe in the kitchen or crafting something creative behind the bar.

Stephen is a 2026 MBA Candidate in the Marshall Full-Time MBA Program. Prior to business school, he served in the U.S. Army.

During his second year at Marshall, he will serve as Vice President of Career Development in the Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club (MCSC) and VP of Admissions and Academics in Marshall Military Veterans Association (MMVA). Jonathan is a 2026 MBA candidate in the Marshall Full-Time MBA program. Prior to business school, he worked in facilities consulting, partnering with clients to develop strategic capital investment solutions and optimize long-term operational performance.

At Marshall, he is also involved as the VP of Community & Culture for the Business of Entertainment Association, Core Team Coach Lead for the Marshall Leadership Fellows Program, and an MBA Ambassador. He will be interning at The Alexander Group this summer in their San Francisco office.

Gracie is full-time MBA student and a member of the Marshall Class of 2026. Before business school, she worked in recruiting, account management, and sales across various industries, spending the last four years in the life sciences sector.

In her second year at Marshall, Gracie will serve as Vice President of Career Development for the Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club (MCSC) and remain actively involved in Graduate Women in Business (GWIB). This summer, she will be interning at Deloitte in the Los Angeles office.

Outside of school and career pursuits, Gracie loves playing tennis and pickleball, taking workout classes (usually barre and Pilates), traveling to new places, relaxing by a large body of water, and dining out with friends.

Sam is a 2026 MBA Candidate in the Marshall Full-Time MBA Program. Prior to business school, she spent the last 5 years in tech account management at multiple SaaS companies where she led the client relationships.

During her second year at Marshall, she will serve as Vice President of Career Development in the Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club (MCSC), Peer Coach for Graduate Career Services, and Vice President of Strategic Planning in the Jewish Association of Marshall Students (JAMS). She will be interning at EY in tech strategy this summer in the Los Angeles office.

Victor is a 2026 FT-MBA candidate at Marshall. Before MBA, he spent 2 years in healthcare consulting before pivoting into corporate finance roles across the manufacturing and entertainment industries for 4 years, where he combined strategic analysis with financial and data-driven decision-making.

At Marshall, he serves as the Consortium Student Liaison and VP of Early Recruiting for Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club (MCSC). He is committed to providing experience-based support to incoming MBA students. This summer, he will be interning at EY in Los Angeles within their finance consulting practice.

Outside of Marshall, Victor immerses himself in crate-digging for vinyl records, playing electric guitar, and capturing life through film photography. You’ll likely find him at a local concert or curating the next playlist for his friends.

Uddipta is a 2026 full-time MBA candidate at USC Marshall and a Dean’s Scholar. He previously worked at Amazon, ZS Associates, and Eli Lilly, building expertise in consulting, strategy, and analytics across healthcare and tech.

At Marshall, he serves as President of the South Asian Business Association, VP of the Consulting Club, and a USC India Conference organizer. This summer, he’ll intern at ESP, a strategy consulting firm in LA.

A startup enthusiast, Uddipta previously attempted to launch a tea venture in India and now mentors founders in GTM strategies and peers pursuing careers in consulting. He’s also a tennis fan, weightlifter, tea aficionado, and curious home cook.

 		Mackenzie Carlson MBA Student 2026 VP of Events
Mackenzie is a 2026 FT-MBA candidate. She began her career in entertainment, working on the Emmy Award-winning Netflix series The Umbrella Academy. She later helped launch Irish Cowboy Productions under the Netflix banner alongside the showrunner of The Umbrella Academy, and led post-production at Roku Originals, delivering a robust slate of scripted, documentary, and unscripted projects.

She serves as a VP in Graduate Women in Business (GWiB), Entrepreneur & Venture Management Association (EVMA), Business of Entertainment Association (BEA), and MCSC. This summer, Mackenzie will be participating in PledgeLA’s Venture Capital Fellowship and interning at a Los Angeles-based VC firm.

Outside of class, Mackenzie is an avid concertgoer and a classically trained pianist. She grew up in Santa Monica and is passionate about community, creativity, and connection.

In his second year, Faisel will serve as VP of Finance for the Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club and VP of Industry Relations for the Graduate Real Estate Association. This summer, he will be interning with the finance consulting practice at EY in the Los Angeles office.

For the upcoming year, he will serve as the Vice President of Program Relations in the Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club (MCSC), serving as a mentor and peer coach for professionals and managers looking to recruit for strategy consulting. This summer, he is looking forward to interning at PwC in the Operations Transformation team.

Hannah is a 2026 candidate in the FT-MBA program. Before MBA, she worked as both a Registered Nurse and a Healthcare Management Recruiter. Through these roles, she held many leadership positions and gained insights into strengthening process improvement, developing client relationships, and handling emergencies (including during the COVID-19 pandemic!).

At Marshall, Hannah is a VP of Partnerships for Marshall Consulting and Strategy Club (MCSC), while holding other leadership positions in clubs and working as a Peer Coach. This summer, she will intern as a Summer Associate at Altman Solon in the New York City office.

Ahmed is a globally recognized leader in the consulting industry, with a wealth of experience that spans over a decade at Deloitte Consulting.

As a Visiting Scholar and Associate Director at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, Ahmed is instrumental in designing and delivering lectures for the Career Launchpad Consulting track within the full-time MBA program. His work at USC focuses on preparing future leaders with the strategic tactics and real-world skills needed for success in the consulting field.
