2017 Bay Area Energy Trek / Company Visits

Details
When: Wed Jan 4 - Fri Jan 6
Where: Several companies in the Bay Area
Requirements:
- All registered members will be required to attend a mandatory Trek Preparation Meeting (Date TBD)
- Must pay a refundable $50 deposit due by Monday, December 9th to any MERC Board Member
- Deposit will be returned at the end of the trek. If you register and do not attend, your deposit will be forfeited
- Decision to opt out of Resume Book by e-mailing Amanda Bustos by EOD December 1st
- Attendees are in charge of their own travel and accommodations (however, Board may choose to help coordinate)
Other notes:
- Resumes will be pulled from MCSO and sent to companies 2 weeks prior to the trek
- There will be a mandatory alumni mixer on Wednesday, Jan 4th on AT&T's campus in Downtown San Francisco.
- Dress code is strictly business professional for all events
