If you are anything like me, (and you are. I also like to breathe, sleep, eat, and avoid schoolwork) finding ways to maintain a healthy diet is hard. Whether we are chowing down on pizza at club events or buying a 5th coffee at Starbucks, life at Marshall leads to food frustration.

Luckily, Marshall Alum (and certified nutritionist) Salima Saunders is bringing her nutritional expertise to a study room near you with FREE 20-minute personal Health/Nutrition mini-sessions.  Get some tips on healthy snacks and easy-to-make meals or how to reliably hit your macros.
