Details

We have locked in the companies for our trek to Chicago and are now officially opening up the trek for applications! Below you will find a high level schedule and itinerary for the trek. A more formal one that includes detailed information on whom we will be meeting with at each company will be distributed soon to those who wish to attend. We are currently in the process of finalizing a hotel that is both convenient, affordable, and willing to give us a group rate for those who are interested.

Wednesday night, October 18th

Flight to Chicago

Thursday, October 19th

Gatorade: 10 AM -12 PM
E15 Group: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Evening happy hour with Shawn Hunter

Friday, October 20th

Paragon: 10 AM – 12PM
Stadium: 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM

Saturday, October 21st

For those who wish to attend, we will be going to Notre Dame for the USC @ ND game
Transportation will be provided by the MSBO and depending on the number of members who wish to attend, tickets will be subsidized

If you are interested in attending, please email myself and CC Edwin Draughan to reserve your spot. Please let us know by the beginning of next week (Monday, September 25th) if you wish to attend. When you reply, please indicate if you plan to attend the Notre Dame game and if you wish to stay in a hotel with the group.
