MWLB is a dynamic community of poised, confident, and ambitious young women. The mission of MWLB is to provide a productive and stimulating venue for young professional women at USC, emphasizing collaboration, creativity, communication, networking, and professional and leadership development. This organization provides a needed focus on the support of women in leadership and in the business world today.
