Mission Omicron Delta Epsilon strives to commend outstanding academic performance and involvement among students. We are dedicated to positively contributing to Economics both academically and socially through providing students with valuable opportunities to network with students, professors, and professionals within Economics and its related fields, in addition to hosting a great platform for intellectual discussions.
Membership BenefitsThe purposes of Omicron Delta Epsilon are as follows:• International recognition of scholastic achievements in Economics• Provide a platform for intellectual discussion• Provide the ability for students to have closer ties with faculty• Provide the ability for students to have access and develop closer ties to professionals within Economics and other related fields• Provide the ability for students to create closer ties with other students, within the Economics department as well as across disciplines • Sponsor academic, social, and professional events for members and non-members • Allow undergraduate and graduate students access to publishing promising papers through The American Economist, the journal of Omicron Delta Epsilon
