Registration is now closed (this event already took place).
Diwali is the Hindu festival of lights. It is, without a doubt, the biggest festival in Hindu culture and celebrated across India with lights, colors, sweets, and high spirits.
Diwali is about the victory of good over evil. It also stands for reaffirmation of hope and belief in oneself. Diwali is not only about choosing knowledge over ignorance but also about renewed commitment to friendship and goodwill. Diwali is not only about the triumph of light over darkness but also about believing in your inner power and letting it shine.
With this in mind, we have planned a joyous evening for you. On November 9, in DTLA, from 8:00 pm onwards, get ready to sing and dance to Bollywood tunes and celebrate the simple joys of life. There will be delicious Indian food and alcohol. And we also have a few surprises in store for the social media influencers amongst us.
The entry fee for Marshall students is $5 per person and the event is also open to Non-Marshalls at $10 per person so that you can invite your loved ones too.
