GOOD NEWS! The USC Hospitality team has invited MHGC to their annual Culinary Challenge, being hosted at the newly rebranded USC Hotel across from Marshall.
The culinary competition is ACF sanctioned. Competitors have a chance to earn bronze, silver and gold medals that are acknowledged by the American Culinary Federation. The event itself is long, so don't feel obligated to stay the entire time, just drop in when your schedule permits. We will also serve complimentary refreshments throughout the competition. No need to pre-register, just show up!
Here are the details:
1. There are two culinary groups. The Associates competition starts at 6AM and will end at 8:30AM. The Chef competitors start at 8AM and will end at about 11:30AM
2. At the same time, we will also have a Mixology Competition with bartenders from our restaurants starting at 10:30AM.
Food & Mixology competitions, complementary refreshments, and hospitality connections? Sounds like a great way to spend a Tuesday morning!
