Mission
Marshall Pride is the graduate-level LGBTQ affinity group at the USC Marshall School of Business. As a student club, it provides professional development, social networking, and advocacy opportunities to all Marshall graduate students, faculty, staff, and alumni, and welcomes LGBTQ allies to all events and functions. Additionally, the organization serves as a forum to address the unique professional concerns of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender graduate business students, and is committed to creating a safe, inclusive community for all members of USC Marshall.

Membership Benefits
Promote diversity and understanding in the classroom and workplace.

Provide a forum for discussion of issues concerning the LGBTQ community.

Provide a forum for discussion of issues relevant to all students, given that gays and lesbians are co-workers and managers in the workplace.
