Introducing the 2023-2024 BGBL President!

Dear BGBL Members,

I am delighted to announce your BGBL President for the 2023-2024 year, Karnessia Georgetown!

Karnessia has an extensive background in leadership and community-building, and has already demonstrated herself to be an enthusiastic member of and for the Black community in her time at Marshall.

Here are a few words from your incoming President:

Hey, y'all! I'm both honored and excited to serve as the next BGBL President. I’m looking forward to building community and working together to make Marshall a home for us and the Black students that follow.
