Overview
The Yale School of Management (SOM) cordially invites you to participate in its Second
Annual Integrated Leadership Case Competition. The competition aims to convene the
best students from top tier MBA schools around the globe to develop creative solutions for business challenges that require the integration of multiple disciplines.
The weekend case competition brings 12 teams together from top US business schools and the Global Network for Advanced Management to tackle a Yale SOM raw case on
business strategy. The SOM raw case embodies the essence of the school’s integrated
curriculum and strives to make teams take a multi-perspective view to problem solving.
Prizes
Winning teams will take home prizes over $3000! In addition, teams will also be provided
the option of receiving objective feedback on their team’s dynamic, communication skills,
and their individual ability to put leadership in action. This feedback will be provided by a
team led by Brigadier General (Retired) Thomas Kolditz, former Head of the Department
of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and
Yale Professor
