Notes: Applications open to all Marshall Programs. Priority to be given to OMC Members.

AVP Communication and Career (Open to FT/PM/Masters Program)

  • Consolidates job opportunities and shares with VP of Career and Communication.
  • Publicizes club activities through email, social media, and the club website.

AVP Events and Career Prep (Open to FT/PM)

  • Supports the planning of OMC events like the Alumni Mixer, OMC Social Event, Lunch & Learn, etc. 
  • Collaborates with other clubs to provide interview prep sessions, training sessions.

AVP Finance (Open to FT)

  • Assists the President and VP of Finance in preparing program budgets and financial control.

AVP Operations (Open to FT/PM/Masters Program)

  • Supports the planning on how both material and human resources are to be utilized within OMC.
  • Provides data on previous club events to allow OMC to benefit from past experience and suggestions for improvement.

AVP Technology/ Marketing (Open to FT/PM/Masters Program)

  • Oversees marketing materials to better represent OMC’s brand value.
  • Manages OMC’s website information, assist AVP events and AVP of communication.

AVP Internal and External Relations -Full Time (Open to FT)

  • Identifies new opportunities for external engagement, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Lead the development of close and effective relationships with Marshall alums and clubs.

AVP  Internal and External Relations -Part Time (Open to PM)

  • Identifies new opportunities for external engagement, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Lead the development of close and effective relationships with Marshall alums and clubs.
