Hey HTA-ers!

We hope those who were able to attend the Strategy Institute and Riot Game Day on the Job had a great experience. As we wrap up the year we’ll be keeping you all updated on the tech trek as well as start off our Product Management training program. For those interested in getting additional preparation for PM interviews, we encourage you to attend the kickoff meeting this Tuesday.

IN THE NEWS

  • Activision bought King Games, makers of Candy Crush, for $5.6B.
  • Facebook has shipped a new update to its iOS app which will let users post 30 second previews of songs posted on their feeds. Hoping to have users stay within the facebook app (and never, ever leave), the feature will allow users to listen to music even if they don’t have Spotify or Apple Music installed.
