Event - Operations: Behavioral Prep, Interview Tips, and Fun!

Job Preparation can be intimidating, but not when you're prepping with your cohort and fellow OMC members!! Our club believes that learning is enhanced when you are having fun!! Therefore our goal for this event is to ensure that:

1. You are having fun
2. By the end of this workshop session, you know what kind of questions to expect, how to structure your answers in the STAR and R-STAR format, and how time your answers.
