USC can send multiple teams and MBCP will pay the registration fee of teams applying through MBCP.

2019 Human Capital Case Competition
The application for the 2019 Human Capital Case Competition is now open! This competition will take place at Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management from October 31st - November 2. Please apply for this competition individually and MBCP will select a team of 5 students. Each university may only send one team, so MBCP will select the team to send based on strength of application and resumes. Former Deloitte or HP employees cannot compete.

Internal applications for the UCLA Anderson Fink Center 4th Annual Credit Pitch Competition is now open! Applications for this Los Angeles based competition will close Wednesday, Oct 2, at 11:59PM with final notifications scheduled for Friday, October 11th. Please apply for this competition as teams of 3-4 USC students. Team members must be either full time or fully employed MBA students in their first, second, or third year of school. Prompt: Teams will be pitching one security (not a portfolio). Teams must pick a security that is credit or credit-based, for example: corporate and government bonds, treasuries, and derivatives such as callable bonds and convertible bonds. The pick should be a specific debt-focused instrument, not a company/entity in general. All pitches must be in PowerPoint format and should include fundamental analysis of the bond issuer, bond-specific investment considerations, risk vs. return analysis, and a target price along with a buy/sell/hold recommendation. All presentations will be judged by industry professionals. Judges will be provided with an evaluation form and will rank order team presentations. Areas of evaluation will include: quality of analysis, risk vs. return analysis, presentation skills, Q&A expertise, and strength of investment thesis.
