Emily Aguilar


Emily was born and raised in Los Angeles and received her undergraduate degree in Political Science at UCLA. She is an experienced consultant, specializing in forensic litigation strategy, crisis management communications, and project management. Emily began her career in San Francisco and later moved to New York City before returning back to Los Angeles to come to USC Marshall. At Marshall, Emily is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where all students feel empowered to do their best. This past summer she worked as a brand management intern at Mars and she looks forward to continuing to use business to make a positive impact on the world around her. In her free time, you can find her spending time with friends and family, taking care of her dog Lola, and enjoying live music.

Alexis “Lexi” Mohr

VP of Academics

Lexi graduated from Cornell University with a B.S in Business and Hospitality Management. Prior to joining USC Marshall, she worked as a financial analyst at Red Bull overseeing a $60+ million dollar sports and entertainment budget. Not only will Lexi be serving as Vice President of Academics of Marshall Graduate Student Association (MGSA), but also serves as Vice President of Career Development of Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club, Vice President of Sports of The Business of Entertainment Association (BEA), Vice President of Career of Jewish Association for Marshall Students (JAMS), and a Marshall Ambassador. This summer, Lexi interned this past summer at Electronic Arts in the Sports Strategy group. Outside of school, Lexi enjoys coaching soccer, playing sports, trying new restaurants, traveling, hiking, and hanging out with friends.

Jimmy Zhang

VP of Career Development

Jimmy was born in Guilin, China but grew up in the Bay Area. Over the summer, he interned with Abbott’s Global Strategy team to source an opportunity in a new therapeutic space. He is passionate about digital health and longevity and is looking forward to recruiting for an investing role in early-stage venture. Post-Marshall, he’s excited to visit Tanzania and climb Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Megan Rucker

VP of Community

Megan grew up in Newport Beach, California before heading off to Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. At Tulane she double majored in Psychology and Spanish and minored in Political Science. After graduation she came back to Los Angeles where she worked for a fintech startup with a focus on community before transitioning to nonprofit fundraising for the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures where she helped them hit their $388M campaign goal and sales for the Institute of Applied Network Security where she worked with Chief Information Security Officers of Fortune 500+ companies. This summer Megan will be interning at EY Parthenon and next year will be a VP of Case Prep for MCSC, VP of Community for MGSA, and a Marshall Leadership Fellow. In her free time, Megan enjoys playing tennis, baking (not well), trying new restaurants, spending time with family and friends, and playing with her dog.

Cara Dorsey

VP of Diversity & Inclusion

Cara Dorsey is currently attending USC Marshall’s Full Time MBA Program (Class of 2022). She has several years of investment management at top-tier institution client advisory firms as well as experience at private equity and high-net worth advisory companies developing nimble and dynamic acquisition plans for real estate investments across the country. Currently she is exploring healthcare post Marshall and focusing on healthcare strategy consulting and investment opportunities looking at early and growth stage digital health innovations. She spent her summer at Humana within the venture capital group. While at Marshall she has also taken on leadership positions as a class representative in Marshall’s commitment to Diversity and Inclusion. For this upcoming year she is focusing her attention on bringing the One Marshall spirit to on campus activities from partnering with affinity clubs to highlight awareness and building allies across all Marshall programs. Lastly Cara hails from San Francisco, California and she attended Amherst College where she studied Asian Languages and Civilizations and International Relations.

Mark Brewster

VP of Finance

Mark enjoys meeting and interacting with people of many different backgrounds having worked for previously worked for global financial institutions and lived abroad in Mexico. Mark has a two-year daughter and he and his partner love incorporating the outdoors as a way to manage the craziness of career, social and family life! Post MBA he looks forward to working in the intersection of technology, strategy and finance having recently completely an internship with VMware working on cross functional business improvements.

Erin Pindus

VP of Marketing & Alumni Relations

I grew up in Los Angeles before attending Cornell for college, where I majored in Business Administration within the Hotel School and minored in Information Science. Prior to starting at Marshall, I worked in Digital and Brand Strategy consulting within IBM's studio arm in NYC, where I lived for almost 3 years! This past summer, I interned with NBCUniversal in their Digital Distribution group, and aim to pursue a role centered in marketing, brand strategy, or partnerships following my graduation.

Jesse Chiang

VP of Technology

Hi, I’m Jesse Chiang I spent the summer at Amazon as a Product Manager but prior to that I worked as an analyst in both tech and market research. Outside of the workplace I love trying new foods and going to see live concerts.

Junli Niu

VP of International Student Relations

Junli Niu grew up in Xinjiang, China. Prior to Marshall, she worked in asset management and investment industry in China for 6 years. This summer, she interned at Amazon Web Services as a Sr. Financial Analyst. She is passionate about joining a leading tech company and leveraging finance background and skills to make an impact.
