About Us

The Marshall Leadership Fellows Program (MLFP) is a comprehensive, one-year leadership development program for full-time MBA students. Fellows commit to leadership development through classroom and experiential learning and then apply their learnings by coaching first-year core teams. MLFP builds a strong community of values-driven, people-focused business leaders

How We Add Value

  • We provide both team-level coaching and individual-level coaching throughout the first-year core team experience.
  • We serve as a support system and resource for all first-year students as they transition to Marshall.
  • We actively seek out ways to share leadership skills and learnings across wider Marshall community.
  • As a cohort, we support each other in our personal and professional development as leaders.
  • We create a strong MLFP alumni network and actively connect prior and current cohorts.

Membership

To participate in MLFP, students must apply at the beginning of Fall 2023. Interviews will be held with current Fellows. The 2025 MLFP Cohort will be announced by early November. All selected participants must be available for in-person programming and the MOR 574 course series during Spring 2024 and Fall 2025 semesters.
