Mindful Marshall supports the integration of wellness into the MBA experience. Our mission is to help students connect to tools and develop the skills to improve stress management, efficiency, creativity, and focus. We also place value on cultivating meaningful connections within the Marshall community and providing opportunities for self-reflection and personal growth.
Mindful Marshall is a student-led social club supporting the integration of wellness into the MBA experience at USC Marshall. Mindful Marshall provides education, tools, events, and resources that support student health and wellbeing along the business school journey.
We host regular events to enhance Marshall students' experience such as Mindful Monday Meditations, outdoor hikes, semi-annual retreats, and yoga on-campus. We have two Capstone events: Wellness Week which occurs during exam season twice a year, and Wellness as a Business Imperative which features prominent speakers from a variety of industries.
We also partner with industry and other social clubs within the Marshall family to bring wellness and mindfulness into different arenas across Marshall.
