Maximillian
Parnia

VP of Internal Relations

Max is a 2024 MBA candidate in the MBA.PM program. Prior to business school, Max began his career at Oracle in technology sales. Following two years at Oracle he transitioned to Newmark, a commercial real estate brokerage, advising corporate tenants on lease, purchase, and disposition strategies. Max currently works at Salesforce as an Account Executive. He received his bachelorÔÇÖs from USC and lives in Los Angeles. He will be interning at Deloitte this summer in the New York City office.

Jay
Min

VP of Partnerships & Inclusion

Jay is a highly experienced international professional, having been born in China and lived in Denmark, the UK and the US. Prior to attending USC Marshall, he gained a wealth of knowledge from the finance sector, ranging from corporate finance to fintech strategy to nonprofit finance. Through the Marshall MBA experience, he is keen to pivot to a strategy-focused role within the consulting industry. As MCSCÔÇÖs VP of Inclusion & Partnership, Jay is passionate about helping students from diverse backgrounds connect with consulting professionals and maximize their career potentials. Outside of the classroom, Jay is an avid enthusiast of credit card rewards, and loves taking free trips and sampling world-class hotels using points.

Raymond
Heath

VP of Internal Relations

Raymond is currently a 2nd year Marshall MBA.PM student. He has spent the past 8 years working in various supply chain roles within the consumer packaged goods and quick-service restaurant industries. Most notably he was responsible for forecasting demand for Niagara Bottling at the peak of Covid-19 as consumers were panic buying cases of water. He also spent part of his career working at Chipotle Mexican Grill working with suppliers to ensure the success of launches for Pollo Asado and Garlic Guajillo Steak. He is currently a student ambassador for the Marshall MBA.PM program and serves on the board of the Marshall Consulting and Strategy Club. He graduated from Cal Pomona with a degree in business administration. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, running, and also attending concerts in LA.

Soo
Rho

VP of Career Development & Education

Soo is a 2024 MBA candidate at USC Marshall. Most recently, she worked at UnitedHealth Group where she helped shape the company's ESG strategy. Previously, she led executive engagement and ESG communications at Beyond Meat, served as the chief speechwriter for the U.S. Government's initiative on global food security at USAID, advanced policy objectives for PepsiCo, and drove public affairs campaigns for corporate and government clients at Edelman. She has also served as Board Chair for the Conference on Asian Pacific American Leadership, a nonprofit building AAPI representation in the public sector. Soo received her bachelor's degree from New York University. She will be interning at EY-Parthenon in the summer.

Pawan
Garg

VP of Case Preparation

Pawan graduated from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 2009 and from Texas A&M University in 2014 with a bachelor and a masters degree in Electrical Engineering respectively. He spent 8+ years in engineering and technical marketing roles in the semiconductor industry (incl. US & Germany) before coming to business school. During his 2nd year at Marshall, he will serve as a VP of Case Preparation in Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club (MCSC). This summer he interned at Deloitte. When not on campus, he enjoys spending time with his wife, hiking and meal-prepping.

Boris
Cherny

VP of Events

Boris is a 2024 MBA candidate in USC Marshall's full time program. He graduated from USC with a degree in business administration. Prior to the MBA, he worked in the restaurant industry. During his 2nd year at Marshall, he will serve as a Marshall MBA Student Ambassador and hold VP positions in Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club (MCSC), Marshall Wine Club (MWC), and Marshall Automotive Retail Travel & Hospitality Association (MARTHA).
This summer he will be interning with the transformation management team at Holland America Group. For fun, Boris loves to travel and do outdoor activities.

Shaina
Raskin

VP of Career Development & Education

Shaina Raskin is in the full time program in the Class of 2024. Prior to her MBA, Shaina was a Director of Marketing for a cybersecurity company. Her ultimate goal is to work in corporate strategy in entertainment helping organizations adopt the future of technology while ensuring that the inspirational stories we know and love are not lost. This summer, Shaina will be interning in consulting at EY Parthenon in the Los Angeles office. Shaina loves to bake, travel, and her favorite movie is Raiders of the Lost Ark.

Tejaswa
Gavankar

VP of Strategy Development

Tejaswa has a computer science a background and
began his career at Credit Suisse, building technology products for investment banking.

At KPMG, he advised clients on growth strategy with KPMG. Over the last year he has interned with HP Tech Ventures and Meta, performing market sizing and competitive analysis.

This summer he will be working in technology strategy at EY. During his second year at Marshall, he's leading initiatives that span the consulting, technology and entrepreneurship clubs.

Eliza
Gesten

VP of Career Development & Education

Eliza graduated from Colby College in 2016 where she majored in Economics and Education. She was a strategic fundraising consultant at CCS Fundraising, serving nonprofit clients for six years. Her goal is to pivot into sustainability and ESG strategy/management consulting. This summer she is interning at Deloitte.

In addition to MCSC, Eliza also serves on the boards the Marshall Energy & Sustainability Club (MESC), and the Marshall chapters of Graduate Women in Business (GWiB) and Challenge for Charity (C4C). Her passions include hiking, volunteering, and watching crime TV shows.

Fiyinfoluwa
Oyesola

VP of Partnerships & Inclusion

Fiyin is currently enrolled in the Full-Time MBA program and is a part of the Class of 2024. Before starting her MBA, she gained valuable experience in public accounting as part of Deloitte Nigeria's team. Later on, she transitioned to a financial services strategist role at a South African-based economics consulting firm solving financial services issues across the African continent.

This summer, she will be interning in consulting at BCG's Los Angeles office. When she is not working or studying, Fiyin loves to spend time with friends and binge-watch movies.

Vishi
Gupta

VP of Career Development & Education

Vishi graduated from Symbiosis International University in India in 2017 and worked in the consulting industry for 5+ years with Bain & Company and Grant Thornton. During her time in consulting, she was mainly focused on data analytics and data visualization. At Marshall, she was a part of MCSC, HTA and GWiB. She will intern with the Deals Transformation team at PwC in their LA office this summer. When not in class, she likes to travel and explore new hiking trails around LA.

Kabir
Sarjan

VP of Case Preparation

Kabir Sarjan is in the Full Time MBA Program Class of 2024. Prior to the MBA, he worked for over 5 years in niche economic consulting at EY in Los Angeles, before pivoting into an in-house M&A role for a technology company. This summer, he is working in Deloitte's M&A practice in the LA office. When he is not on USC's campus (which is rare), Kabir can be found exploring the city of LA with his wife, at the nearest rock-climbing gym, or attempting to play a round of golf without committing to sell his clubs on Facebook marketplace.

Ifechukwu
Achife

VP of Case Preparation

Ifechukwu is in the Full Time MBA class of 2024. Prior to the MBA programme, she worked in consulting with Deloitte and transitioned to a strategy role with a fintech company in Lagos, a fintech hub in Nigeria. This summer, she will be working with McKinsey out of the Houston office. When she is not in class, you will likely find Ifechukwu learning a new sport, trying out a new recipe, or going for a hike. She is also an avid photographer and wine enthusiast, always eager to capture the beauty of the world around her.

Elyse
Pham

VP of Events

Elyse is a 2024 MBA candidate in USC Marshall's full time program. She graduated from UCLA with a degree in electrical engineering. Prior to the MBA, she worked in the energy and utility sector. During her 2nd year at Marshall, she will serve as a Marshall MBA Student Ambassador and hold VP positions in Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club (MCSC), Marshall Energy and Sustainability Club (MESC), and Graduate Women in Business (GWiB). This summer she will be interning at Deloitte in the Strategy & Analytics practice. For fun, Elyse loves to travel and hike at National Parks.

Lung

President

Andrew graduated from Santa Clara University in 2018 with a degree in accounting. He spent 4 years in public accounting between KPMG and EY in audit and SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting before coming to business school. During his 2nd year at Marshall, he will be the President of the Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club (MCSC) and a Co-Director of the MBA Ambassador program. This summer he will be interning at Deloitte. When not in class or running between meetings and club involvement, he enjoys working out, traveling, photography, and everything to do with the outdoors.
