Kevin
Ramlal

President

Kevin Ramlal is a MBA candidate at the USC Marshall School of Business. Prior to the MBA, Kevin worked in various roles in the entertainment industry across music, advertising and television. Most recently, Kevin was a television writer at The Walt Disney Company. He is passionate about the strategy in the media and entertainment industries, combining his work experience with his education at Marshall. Outside of school, Kevin enjoys cooking, golfing, and underutilizing his AMC A-List subscription. This summer Kevin will join Deloitte in the Los Angeles office.

Karen
Kaur

Executive Vice President

Prior to Marshall, Karen worked in audit at Deloitte where she managed several teams across industries, including consumer products and hospitality. She then pivoted into a corporate finance role at FIGS where she managed the company's budget and oversaw the financial models for the retail stores. In her free time, she loves playing softball and volleyball, trying out new food and coffee (matcha!) spots, and doing calligraphy. She is excited to be interning at AlixPartners this summer in their Strategy & Analysis practice in New York!

Kengo
Kawahara

Executive Vice President

Kengo Kawahara is an MBA candidate at the USC Marshall School of Business and worked at various companies (Palantir, Stripe, PwC), where he helped his company and clients grow through financial statement analysis. He is passionate about promoting equity and investing in his community. He was born in Japan and outside of school, stays active through sports and all things outdoors. This summer, Kengo will join PwC as a Summer Associate in Los Angeles within the Delivering Deal Value practice focusing on M&A.

Lane
Jones

VP of Case Preparation

Lane grew up in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina, and earned his degree in Global Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has spent his career in client-facing roles in the software industry, most recently leading the client success team as a Key Account Manager at Pattern Data, where he works across product, engineering, and client teams to deliver AI-driven solutions in the mass tort space. This summer, he will join Deloitte as a Summer Associate within the Strategy & Transactions practice, focusing on M&A strategy.

Karma
Pradhan

VP of Case Preparation

Karma Pradhan is a Full-Time MBA student at USC Marshall. Prior to business school, she began her career in the technology startup ecosystem in Mumbai and most recently worked as a Consultant at Deloitte in India, specializing in customer experience (CX) strategy for global brands. This summer, she will join Actionist Consulting as a Summer Associate, working on strategic engagements across growth management, business transformation, and private equity investment support.

Max
Riccio

VP of Case Preparation

Max is a 2027 MBA candidate in the Marshall Full-Time MBA Program. Prior to business school, he spent nearly a decade running a private investment fund before transitioning into teaching high school math in Los Angeles, where he focused on improving outcomes in under-resourced communities. At Marshall, Max serves as VP of Case Preparation for the Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club and VP of Academics for the Marshall Graduate Student Association. This summer, he will be interning at EY-Parthenon in the Los Angeles office. Outside the classroom, Max enjoys spending time with his family and staying active through tennis and backpacking adventures.

Before his MBA, Abhijeet worked in operations consulting, concentrating on supply chain optimization for retail, consumer, and manufacturing clients. Joining consulting right after undergrad helped him get client exposure quite early on in his career. This summer, he will be joining BCG as a Summer Associate in their Dallas office.

Athreya

VP of Career Development & Education

Vikram Athreya is an MBA candidate at USC Marshall with a background in technology and customer success at Microsoft and Freshworks. He brings experience in driving product adoption, leading cross-functional initiatives, and translating data into business impact. He will be joining Boston Consulting Group as a Summer Consultant, where he is excited to work at the intersection of technology and strategy.

Lakshya
Gupta

VP of Career Development & Education

Lakshya Gupta is an MBAPM candidate at the USC Marshall School of Business and works in Solutions Engineering at Indeavor, where he helps industrial organizations design workforce strategy and technology solutions. Prior to his current role, he led Indeavor’s professional services organization and workforce transformation programs across Fortune-500 manufacturing companies. Outside of work and school, he enjoys photography, exploring vintage art and music, and studying how technology and analytics are shaping the future of work.

Katherine
Lord

VP of Career Development & Education

Before Marshall, Katie spent several years at AlphaSights managing teams and supporting private equity clients on diligence and value creation projects. She most recently worked in investor relations at a real estate hospitality firm, focusing on strategic, cross-functional initiatives. She grew up between LA and Madrid, and in her free time she loves spontaneous travel, racket sports, and trying new restaurants. She is excited to be interning at Deloitte this summer!

Camryn
Monticello

VP of Career Development & Education

Camryn is a 2027 MBA candidate in the USC Marshall full-time MBA program. Prior to Marshall, she spent four years in account management at Oracle NetSuite, where she partnered with clients to streamline processes and drive growth. At Marshall, she serves as VP of Career Development in the Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club (MCSC), a Core Team Coach Lead for Marshall Leadership Fellows Program, and is also involved in Graduate Women in Business (GWIB). This summer, she will intern at EY-Parthenon’s Los Angeles office as a Deal Tech Summer Consultant. Outside of Marshall, Camryn loves hiking, live music events, traveling to new places, and cooking.

Prajwal Rajendra

VP of International Recruiting

Prajwal worked as a Consultant with Deloitte for five years, specializing in enterprise transformation initiatives. During this time, he gained experience across multiple industries, including Industrial Products, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Entertainment, and Power & Utilities. His work focused on solving complex business problems and supporting large-scale organizational transformations for global clients. Prajwal will be joining Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Summer Consultant.

Shashank
Bhaskar

VP of International Recruiting

Shashank brings a diverse operations and supply chain background spanning e-commerce and CPG. He began his career at Amazon India, where he progressed through multiple segments of operations before joining the central program team as a Program Manager, leading supply chain initiatives across Amazon's India network. He also brings hands-on experience running a CPG business in India, with a focus on manufacturing and business development. This summer, he will be interning with EY's Supply Chain practice.

VP of Early Recruiting

Ceren is a Class of 2027 MBA candidate at the USC Marshall School of Business. Prior to Marshall, she worked as a Senior Consultant, advising banks, fintechs, and government institutions across Turkey and the broader EMEA region on strategy, payments, and digital transformation. At Marshall, Ceren is deeply engaged in the community, serving as VP of Early Recruiting for the Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club, President of Marshall Gives Back, and an MBA Ambassador. This summer, she will join Roland Berger as a Summer Consultant in the Boston office. Outside of academics and professional pursuits, she is a passionate fan of the Los Angeles Lakers, an avid NBA follower, a beginner golfer, and someone who loves spending time in the kitchen exploring new recipes."

VP of Early Recruiting

Alexei is a 2027 MBA candidate in the Marshall FT-MBA program. Prior to business school, he led marketing and growth initiatives at a boutique executive coaching and consulting firm, where he worked with senior leaders across industries including technology, healthcare, and finance. His work focused on growth strategy, brand positioning, and client engagement. At Marshall, Alexei serves as VP of Career Development for Marshall Graduate Student Association (MGSA), VP of Early Recruiting for the Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club (MCSC), and VP of Finance for Graduate Marketing Association (GMA). This summer, he will be interning at United Airlines on their corporate finance team. Outside of school, Alexei enjoys travel, concerts, fitness, and trying new restaurants around LA.

Tom is based in Anaheim with his wife, his son, and their golden retriever. He has a 10-year background in financial services where he started his career managing a sales team, before pivoting into data analytics, and most recently leading a Strategy & Operations team at a fintech. This summer he will be joining the M&A team at PwC Deals.

Casey
Weider

VP of PM Recruiting

Casey Weider is an incoming 3rd year in the MBA.PM program, and is thrilled to serve as a VP of PM recruiting for MCSC this year. He grew up in New Jersey, but has lived in California since 2016 when he started undergrad at Saint Mary's College of California in the Bay Area. He is currently a program manager at the livestreaming social media platform BIGO, launching initiatives designed to improve user engagement and monetization. Prior to this role, he had worked in the digital advertising industry for over 5 years across functions including sales, account management, and campaign strategy. He is thrilled to begin his pivot from digital media and advertising into consulting with an internship at EY in their business transformation practice this summer in Los Angeles.

Friedman

VP of Events

Marleigh is a full-time MBA candidate, Class of 2027, originally from New Jersey. Prior to Marshall, she spent over three years at Tiffany & Co. in Category Management working on High Jewelry. She began her career at Macy's, where she started within the Executive Development Program and then became an Assistant Buyer. At USC, she is involved in leadership roles across Marshall Gives Back, JAMS, Marshall Leadership Fellows Program, the Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club, and Ernst & Young Case Competition finalist. She holds a BSBA in Marketing with a minor in Design from Washington University in St. Louis. This upcoming summer she will be interning at Mattel within Supply Chain.

Atharv
Shinde

VP of Events

Atharv is a 2027 MBA candidate in the USC Marshall Full-Time MBA Program. Before business school, he worked across finance, strategy, business development, and automotive sales, helping drive growth through partnerships, investor outreach, and customer-facing leadership roles. At Marshall, Atharv is actively involved in student life and enjoys creating community through leadership, events, and shared experiences. He serves as the VP of Events for Marshall Consulting and Strategy Club (MCSC), VP of Events for South Asian Business Association (SABA) and VP of Events for Graduate Asian Business Society (GABS). Originally from Mumbai, India, Atharv now calls Los Angeles home. Outside of school, he enjoys exploring the city, meeting new people, listening to music, and making any gathering a little more fun.

Nathan is a first-year Full-Time MBA candidate with a background in public health research, statistics, and pharmaceuticals. He received his undergraduate degree in Economics and Community Health from Tufts University and subsequently worked in research – initially in academia and later within the regulatory space, supporting the FDA and private-sector clients. This summer, he will be joining the Federal Health Advisory practice at Guidehouse, where he looks forward to leveraging his experience and skills gained from the MBA program to advance his post-graduation goal of pursuing a career in consulting.

Tiffany is a 2027 MBA candidate in the Marshall Full-Time MBA program. Prior to Marshall she worked in entertainment, leading business development and revenue growth initiatives for nonprofits. At Marshall, Tiffany serves as the VP of Partnerships for the Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club (MCSC), VP of Case Competitions for the Business of Entertainment Association (BEA), and as an MBA Ambassador. This summer, she will be interning as a Finance Associate with Disney Theatrical Group in New York City. Outside of school and work, she is a trained dancer, food lover, and always looking for a new restaurant to try. She is passionate about community, mentorship, and her fifteen-pound cat, Bernard.

Michael
Hwang

VP of Finance

Michael is originally from the Bay Area, specifically Alameda. He moved down to SoCal studying economics and accounting at UCLA, then started off his career at Deloitte in the audit practice and transitioned into the accounting advisory space. This summer, he will be interning in the EY Finance Consulting practice in LA. In his free time, he enjoys going to concerts, BBQ'ing, watching football (go 49ers!), and playing all sports.

Dan
Vidmar

VP of Operations

Dan is a 2027 Full-Time MBA candidate. Prior to business school, he spent many years as a professional musician -- initially touring the world as a singer/producer, and later composing for film and television. In 2020, he co-founded a music licensing agency and discovered he enjoyed the business side of things just as much as the creative. During his second year at Marshall, he will serve as VP of Operations in the Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club (MCSC), as well as VP of Music, Sports and Podcasts in the Business of Entertainment Association. He will be interning at Deloitte this summer in the Los Angeles office. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, knitting, watching college football, and, of course, making music.

Brock Settlemier is an MBA candidate at USC Marshall Class of 2027 with a background in venture capital and real estate private equity. This summer, he will join Deloitte's Strategy & Transactions practice in Los Angeles as a Summer Associate focused on M&A. Brock is passionate about expanding and strengthening the connection with Marshall MBAs and Alumni.

Anushka
Prakash

VP of Marketing

Anushka was born in Mumbai, raised in Dubai, worked in Canada and shaped by experiences across three continents. Her background spans finance, marketing analytics, and project management, giving her a well-rounded perspective on how businesses operate and tackle complex challenges. This summer, she will be joining Oppenheimer & Co. as a Wealth Management Associate, and she is thrilled to bring those learnings back to the club. Outside of work, she can likely be found on the tennis or padel court, out on a hike, or in the pool.
