Welcome to the Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club (MCSC). As the largest career organization at USC Marshall, MCSC is committed to preparing students for successful careers in consulting and strategy by providing a comprehensive suite of resources and opportunities. Our offerings include rigorous case preparation, a 1:1 mentorship program, panel events with industry practitioners, alumni networking events, and our signature annual Consulting Roundtable. This well-rounded training ensures that our members are fully equipped to secure internships and full-time positions with top consulting and strategy firms.

Thanks to the unwavering dedication of our alumni, corporate partners, and student leaders, MCSC achieved remarkable success during the 2024–2025 recruiting season, despite a challenging macroeconomic environment. Our club continues to empower students to thrive in consulting and strategy roles by fostering a collaborative and supportive community.

Our board members, mentors, and casing coaches bring diverse expertise across strategy, mergers & acquisitions, finance, operations, technology, human capital, and healthcare. Having recently completed top consulting and strategy internships, they are deeply committed to giving back to the Marshall community by sharing their knowledge and insights to help future candidates succeed.
