Welcome to Mindful Marshall

Mindful Marshall is committed to promoting self-care within the Marshall community and has been established for the express purpose of developing mindfulness and self-awareness and to cultivate happiness within ourselves and those around us. Our mission is to facilitate meaningful experiences such as meditation, yoga, fitness and healthy potlucks, designed to develop skills to improve stress management, efficiency, creativity, and focus. In addition, we strive to strengthen the Marshall community through a deeper connection with each other resulting from said experiences.
