Craig Sheltz

President

Craig Sheltz graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2017 with a major in Communication. After graduating, he worked at Mediahub, an LA-based advertising agency that specialized in media strategy for clients like Chipotle, Pinterest, and Lyft. Craig's experience in the advertising industry inspired him to pursue his MBA with the goal of deepening his strategic expertise and broadening his network with future business leaders at USC Marshall. He is excited to bring his MBA education and passion for marketing to EY's Customer Consulting team during the Summer of 2025. Outside of school, Craig enjoys hiking with his dog Marty, playing soccer, watching movies, and reading.

Feri Ariel Jainudin

VP of Finance

Feri Ariel Jainudin, an engineering graduate with international academic experience in Germany, spent nearly a decade at Pertamina, Indonesia’s state-owned energy company, where he worked in various roles across sales, marketing, and business development. He led regional sales teams, managed distribution networks, and contributed to data-driven pricing initiatives. Sponsored by Pertamina to pursue his MBA at USC Marshall, Ariel brings a thoughtful and practical approach to leadership.

Currently, he serves as the VP of Finance at GMA. Outside of school, Ariel is a devoted family man who enjoys watching soccer, traveling, and spending time with his wife and two-year-old daughter.

Sonny Diep

VP of Case Competition

Sonny graduated with a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from UC Santa Barbara and a Master’s in Informatics from San Jose State. He has a strong background in data analytics and has applied his skills across both the tech and nonprofit sectors. At Coherent and Direct Relief, he used data-driven insights to streamline efficiency and operations. Now pursuing his MBA, he is motivated by a desire to level up his impact and combine analytics with stronger business acumen. He views marketing as a field that brings together analytics, creativity, and strategy in a way that allows him to apply his strengths while continuing to grow.

This summer he will be interning at Viant Technology, an ad tech firm that helps brands and agencies plan, execute, and measure digital media campaigns. His work will focus on digital marketing strategy and operations. In his free time he enjoys gaming at home or staying active at the gym and on the golf course.

Adam Williams

VP of Partnerships

Adam was born and raised in LA, before moving to the east coast for undergrad at Yale where he was a History major. He spent the first phase of his career in the advertising world, working in account management at McCann New York for seven years across a range of clients from fast food to financial tech. This summer, Adam will be building on his first year in the full-time program interning in brand strategy at Mattel. In addition to his role on the GMA board, Adam is the VP of Admissions for Black Graduate Business Leaders, as well as serving as a Marshall Student Ambassador. Outside of USC Adam enjoys following his favorite sports (Tennis, Soccer & Basketball), hitting up local concerts, and spending time with his wife and dog.

Melissa Kantor

VP of Professional Development

Melissa Kantor is a creative and data-driven product marketer with a passion for delivering impactful, customer-first campaigns. With a background in ecommerce, sustainability, and entertainment, she has spent the past decade in Los Angeles building her expertise while chasing sunsets and big ideas. After graduating from the University of Michigan in 2016 with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Entrepreneurship, Melissa went on to lead digital and marketing strategies at innovative direct-to-consumer brands including Kin Euphorics (non-alcoholic beverages) and ettitude (sustainable home essentials). Her work has consistently focused on creating meaningful customer experiences and driving growth through purpose-driven storytelling.

Melissa is currently pursuing her MBA at USC Marshall, where she’s enjoyed immersing herself in a dynamic community of future leaders. This summer, she’s excited to bring her experience to Deloitte Consulting as a Summer Associate, deepening her focus on customer strategy and business transformation. Outside the classroom, you can find Melissa hiking, camping, going to concerts, or exploring new cities.

Samuel Howard

VP of External Relations

Sam Howard graduated from UCLA in 2019 with a BA in Business Economics. After graduation he attended Duke’s Fuqua School of Business receiving his Master's in Management Studies. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and was the Salutatorian of the 2020 class. After school Sam passed all 4 sections of the CPA exam but forwent a career in accounting to pursue Podcast Marketing. As a Podcast marketer, Sam went from an entry level coordinator to leading a $25 million annual podcast program in under 2 years. In that time he worked with podcasts' biggest names, writing copy, negotiating deals, and conducting predictive analytics. He is excited to spend Summer 2025 as a Brand Strategy and Marketing Intern at King’s Hawaiian. Outside of school Sam is a surfer, soccer player, DND fanatic, Video Gamer, and Beach Volleyball Player.

Marie O'Grady

VP of Membership, Events, and Community

Marie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Biology from Whitman College and brings a strong passion for sustainability to her work. Her career has centered on nonprofit marketing, fundraising, and organizational management, with a focus on initiatives addressing climate change and promoting clean energy. In addition to her involvement with GMA, she currently serves as the VP of Marketing for Marshall Gives Back (MGB), where she helps lead efforts to engage students in philanthropy and volunteerism. Outside of school, Marie is a full-time dog mom to Noodle.

Sushant Bhagat

VP of Marketing and Communications

Graduating with First Class Distinction in Computer Science, Sushant Bhagat chose the road less travelled: swapping code for creativity. Drawn to storytelling, media, and brand-building, he pursued a Master’s in Media Management from the University of Westminster, UK, to merge his technical foundation with a growing passion for innovation and brand communication. He then worked in London at Cassiopeia Services and Financial Fox, where he led digital marketing and PR strategy for emerging tech (blockchain) and Web3 clients, collaborating closely with founders and C-suite leaders to translate complex products into compelling narratives.

At USC Marshall, Sushant serves as VP of Marketing & Communications for the Graduate Marketing Association and also sits on the board of the Leadership & Organization Club. He’s passionate about crafting brand identities that live at the intersection of technology, entertainment, and culture, and is especially excited about future roles in product marketing and creative/brand strategy.

Whether writing fiction, building campaign decks, or exploring how tech can elevate storytelling, Sushant brings a creative, insight-driven lens to everything he does. Outside the classroom, you will likely find him lifting at the gym, exploring LA’s food and entertainment scene, or sketching out his next big idea - sometimes all in one afternoon.
