ABOUT GMA:

The Graduate Marketing Association (GMA) empowers students with the skills needed to pursue a successful and fulfilling marketing career. We achieve this mission through 4 key pillars:

  • Education: Awareness of the different career paths and industries, as well as the latest developments in the field with the help of educational sessions and resources.
  • Career Development: Refinement of the skills necessary to transition into marketing or enhance a current career path in marketing across a variety of industries and roles.
  • Networking: Foster and grow relationships within the GMA community and the larger marketing network through social and networking events.
  • RecruitingWork to land each GMA member, 1st year or 2nd year, the position they want to target after graduation


WHAT WE DO:

GMA has connections with top marketing companies in CPG, technology, digital marketing, entertainment marketing, product marketing, retail, beauty and healthcare industries, among others. We work in tandem with the Career Services Center to give students the tools they need to interview for and land top marketing internships and full-time jobs in Los Angeles and across the country.
