Bridget Kennedy - President
Bridget is immensely proud to be a member of the first class to reach gender parity at a top business school and very excited to lead GWiB this year. After graduating with a Bachelor’s of Arts in communications and environmental science from Wake Forest University, Bridget made her way to Los Angeles and spent five years working in nonprofits and entertainment. Most recently, she worked in operations for the Entertainment Industry Foundation where she got to combine her two favorite things – helping people  and making television. Bridget is deeply passionate about equality and inclusion and is committed to dismantling the systemic barriers that prevent women from enjoying the same opportunities that our male counterparts do. Xinmin Chen - VP of Finance
As a Class of 2021 MBA candidate, Budget/Business Analyst for the USC School of Dramatic Arts, and an alumna of Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences, Xinmin Chen is a triple Trojan! Chen is a voracious reader, a frequent couch potato, and a world traveler. She once planned and completed a 17-day trip across seven European countries with six different currencies and five different languages. Brionna DeVos - VP of Academics
Brionna DeVos grew up in New York and has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from the Ohio State University. Brionna is a Chartered Financial Analyst with 4 years of work experience in the private wealth management sector and is expected to graduate USC Marshall with her MBA in 2020. Steph Danis - VP of Everyone's Business Case Competition
Stephanie graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from St.Peter's University in New Jersey. Throughout her seven-year career, Stephanie has worked in event production and operations for experiential marketing campaigns and large-scale music festivals, leading teams in Festival Production, Artist Relations and Sponsorship across events like SXSW, Desert Trip, and Coachella. Stephanie joined GWiB to bring awareness to the multitude of issues women face in the workplace, and to encourage decisive action in the elimination of obstacles presented by implicit bias. Stephanie can be reached at

Evelina Karadavoukian - VP of PM Relations
Evelina Karadavoukian is born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. As a first-generation Armenian-American woman, she attained her Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Irvine. She is currently a Process & Systems Management Analyst at Entertainment Partners and is expected to graduate with her MBA in May 2020. Evelina joined GWiB because she is passionate about women’s empowerment, change leadership, and aspires to bring stronger PM program presence to GWiB. Evelina can be reached at

Kristin Voss Hyatt - VP of PM Admissions
Kristin has spent over a decade at mission-driven organizations including the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), UCLA Government & Community Relations, the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, and the Burke Museum of Natural History in Seattle. Her work has ranged from marketing operations and fundraising to systems implementation and digital design. She holds a B.A. in Art History and Anthropology from California State University, Long Beach. In addition, Kristin volunteers with the L.A. Conservancy and the annual L.A. Homeless Count. Through her commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion at Marshall, she is excited to serve on the GWiBboard and help the MBA.PM program reach gender parity. Kristin can be reached at

Debbie Gee - VP of Marketing
Debbie Gee grew up in the Bay Area and has a Bachelor’s of Science from UC Santa Barbara. Debbie is currently a Project Manager at Kaiser Permanente and is expected to graduate with her MBA in 2021. She is passionate about marketing and health / wellness and completed a 200 hour yoga teacher program in July 2018. Debbie joined GWIB to help empower women in the workplace and to provide women with support and resources to excel in their careers. Debbie can be reached at

Delia Zhou - VP of Inclusion
From San Francisco originally, Delia completed her BA at the University of Chicago and worked in healthcare and research administration prior to beginning her MBA. She is transitioning to a career in HR strategy within the tech industry and is passionate about organizational diversity and inclusion. Through GWiB, Delia aims to support a more inclusive environment on campus and elevate our collective awareness and understanding of the impacts of intersectionalities on the lived experiences of members of our community, both professionally and personally. Chris Hamermesh - VP of Allies

Mary Chen - VP of PM Allies
Born and raised in Chengdu, China, Mary has earned her Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from UC Irvine as an international student. Prior in joining Marshall, she focused her career on e-commerce and supply chain. Mary is seeking to pivot her career to clean-tech. Upon joining GWiB, Mary hopes to help the MBA.PM program to achieve gender parity by expand and build allyship and provide active support for those in need. Mary can be reached at

Tina Diaz - VP of Admissions
Tina started her career as an actor. After earning her BFA in Musical Theatre from Northern Kentucky University, she starred in national television commercials with Sofia Vergara and Selma Hayek, appeared off-broadway in the kid’s musical Dear Edwina, and played Dora in Dora the Explorer Live. After working as an actor for five years, she pivoted into nonprofit management and spent four years at Chrysalis – a nonprofit dedicated to creating a pathway to self-sufficiency for the homeless through jobs. She came to Marshall to explore ways to blend her creative drive with her love for strategy and branding. She holds leadership roles in the Graduate Women in Business club and Marshall Pride. She is obsessed with dogs, music, and her niece and nephew, Sofia and Luca.
