Mission Statement: Our goal as an organization is 100% job/internship placement for our members. We will seek to accomplish this goal by focusing on industry education (interview preparation/certification, jargon. Modeling skills, etc) and networking, focusing on companies that have opportunities for our members.
As the premier finance career club at the USC Marshall School of Business, our primary objective is to provide an inclusive space for all students to explore career opportunities related to finance.
With the backing of the Trojan Finance Network, we strive to provide networking, skill-building, and mentorship opportunities through a variety of trainings, panels, and events. Whether you’re serious about a finance role or just curious to learn more, we welcome you to join us!
Our mission is to provide an inclusive space where all students can explore finance-related careers. I’m thrilled to be leading the club alongside a board of talented and committed individuals. Together, we will focus on three main areas for the 2021-2022 academic year.
First, we plan to deliver a robust set of recruiting events such as the MFA Roundtable and treks to the bay area and New York. These events are designed to get you exposure to alumni and current employees at target companies.
Secondly, we will support our members through educational sessions and mentorship. This includes technical training for interviews, mock interviews, and regular meetings with your mentor.
Lastly, we plan to offer multiple social events where members can learn more about each other and share recruiting experiences.
If you have any questions about the club or Marshall, please do not hesitate to reach out. Fight on!
