The club booklet, shared with incoming students during orientation to promote student organizations, requires each president to update a standardized one-page overview using the official template, see full details and access materials below.

New members can join Marshall graduate student organizations through the CampusGroups website. The recommended deadline for all students to sign up is two weeks after the Club Fair takes place.
It is recommended that someone on the board of each organization be designated as the person who manages the membership list. This person should perform an annual "cleanup" of the members list, validate members as necessary, and assist potential members with sign up inquiries.
Marshall graduate students can join organizations with varying access based on program and club type, while non-Marshall students have limited or no participation and undergraduates are not allowed. For more details, see the link below.

The club fair is held during the first week of classes, requires all student organizations to host a table and engage with graduate students while preparing materials, scheduling board members, and sharing sign-up and kickoff information.

Admit Weekend is a required event where all student organizations host tables to engage admitted MBA students.
