Club Email Account

This page contains information regarding club technology, including:

• Each club has a shared email account accessible via Office.com → Outlook → “Open another mailbox.”
• Only presidents are initially given access; contact support (Leticia Porter) if there are issues.
• Knowing login credentials is important, especially for sending messages to class distribution lists.

Campus Groups

Every club has a CampusGroups website used for communication and visibility. Outgoing presidents must assign incoming presidents as officers before graduating. New presidents should add their board members as officers. Clubs are encouraged to have a VP of Technology to manage and update the site.

Keeping the site current is critical for:

• Communicating with members
• Showcasing activities to prospective students
• Providing updated contact info to alumni and external partners
