Every club has a CampusGroups website used for communication and visibility. Outgoing presidents must assign incoming presidents as officers before graduating. New presidents should add their board members as officers. Clubs are encouraged to have a VP of Technology to manage and update the site.

Use CampusGroups as the main communication tool and keep messaging professional. Club email accounts have limited (3-week) access to class-wide lists at the start of fall, after which outreach must rely on members, CampusGroups, or approved distribution requests, see link below for more info.
