USC Credit Union Account Name Transfer

You must complete the following steps before the outgoing president and VP of Finance graduate, in order to transfer the names on your organization's bank account.

Complete the USC Credit Union Transfer Letter. Fill out with Authorized Signer #1 as the primary signer and add Authorized Signer #2 – these should be the VP of Finance and President of your club (you can add a Signer #3, if needed and if you have multiple finance board members).

You must include the following items with your updated authorization agreement:

  • EngageSC printout listing organization name, contact information, advisor, and officers. Only listed officers and advisors may be added to the account as an authorized signer.
  • Completed Student Organization Account Application
  • Completed Student Organization Account Agreement
  • Completed Authorized Signer Application
  • A clear, color copy of BOTH government issued ID and USC student ID for each authorized signer

If you have questions about specific information requested in the application (such as the organization's birthdate), reach out to your program office liaison as the Program Office may have it on file.

If you have trouble or are unable to complete the authorization agreement online, schedule an in-person appointment with a Credit Union representative who will walk you through the process.
