Club Fair and Admit Weekend

Admit Weekend

During Admit Weekend a portion of time is designated to showcase Marshall student organizations to admitted students. Each organization will be will be designated a table to staff and provide information to interested students.

Admit Weekend is for admitted Full-Time MBA students only. It is a conversion event, and therefore it is important that all Marshall student organizations are represented.

Club Fair

During the first week of class, every student organization will participate in the Marshall Graduate Club Fair. Each organization will be provided with a table, sign, and a designated space to staff and provide information to interested students. The Marshall Graduate Club Fair is open to all Marshall graduate students, including Full-Time, MBA.PM, IBEAR, MAcc, MBT, and specialized masters students.

To prepare for the club fair:

• Schedule board members from your student organization to represent the club at the fair. If possible, schedule your board members (who do not have any class conflicts) in multiple shifts so they can participate in the fair as well.
• Provide any marketing materials, photos/videos, props, etc. (Most clubs have tablecloths or other materials available in the bat cave.)
• Provide information about your respective student organization's signup process and kick-off meeting.
