CampusGroups

Every Marshall student organization has a CampusGroups website. Outgoing presidents must designate incoming presidents as officers prior to graduation. As the incoming president, once you have officer privileges, you should designate each of your board members as officers once they are determined.

It is also recommended that each club has a Vice President of Technology on their board.  One of this officer's main roles should be to work with the organization's CampusGroups website and keep it current.

It is critical that you keep your club's CampusGroups website current:

  • Provides a streamlined method of communication to your group members
  • Prospective students will be able to get a sense of the scope of activities and events available through Marshall graduate student organizations
  • Alumni, companies and other outside stakeholders will be able to find current contact information for club board members

For step-by-step instructions on how to use CampusGroups, check out the CampusGroups Officer guide.

If your organization has any issues with CampusGroups, the president or VPT should contact the MGSA VP, Technology, at MGSA.FT.VPTechnology@marshall.usc.edu. The MGSA VP, Technology serves as the liaison between student organizations and Marshall AIS.
